Logging in Issues *please read*

Okay so I have read all the other threads that have given answers to this issue and none seem to work for me..

I can log into the website but it will not allow me to log into the game... NOW here's the part I don't understand..

My best friend can log into my account on her computer with no issue at all and when I go to try it tells me "Username and password incorrect (then something about 5 attempts will ban me for 15 min)"

I have uninstalled the game, I have changed my password that does not have any weird characters in it only numbers and letters, I have fixed my firewall stuff and nothing is working.... I don't know what to do and I would really LOVE to play..

Does your username or password contain over 16 characters? That will stop you from logging in and you'll have to create a new account.

Hmm Miss Ingrdient I think she did mention her friend was able to log into her account on another computer so I highly doubt it's the username length. So sorry if noticing it, and correcting is rude not trying to be hun. >.<

I have to admit I have never had this issue and or seen it before. So...maybe the problem is with you Feral Heart itself, and it's a weird glitch. When you uninstalled the game did you remove and delete the actual Feral Heart folder with it? Some tend to forget that the folder exists.

Hey! So, I've noticed lots of help threads about this. Look here instead! It's usually just little things that are easy to fix.


1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.

4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.

5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.

6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

Yeah I am having trouble logging in as well. I went to try to do it just now and...it lets me log in and see my characters, but then the game crashes when I click 'Start'.

Aw, sorry to hear, AFangirl. If it helps, the registration opens daily for about two hours at a random time.

@Shan Chan -- I do believe that's another problem entirely if the game actually recognizes your username and password already. I'd recommend changing your game's rendering system and seeing if that works. [link] If that doesn't works for you, look for files ending in _0, _1, and so on in Feralheart\media\particles. Delete them and restart the game. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the game completely. [link]

Also, try to start your own help thread if you need anymore help, since you'll most likely receive more possible solutions that way.

I think I know what your problem is. I had A thing happen to me about A year ago to the point where I couldn't log in for about A month. No matter what I did (Changed my password, Tried to log into another account,  Uninstalled Feralheart and then Reinstalled it.) it still gave me the ''Username or Password is incorrect'' thing, and I had no idea what was up because I tried everything. A friend of mine tried to help me but it was no use, nothing helped. We both talked to Razmirz on Skype and it was explained to be some type of wonky glitch for my computer. After for about A month my game magically let me log back in and everything turned back to normal. I have no idea what went on, but I hope you get your problem fixed. It seems like the same weird wonky glitch that I had on my computer.
