Feral Heart Crashing on start up!

Please help! This isn't my first time playing BTW I've been playing FeralHerat for many years now. But this is the first this has ever happened to me. I got my new laptop.. Might it be my computer? If so then I will have to give up Feralheart but I do not want to ;~; Please someone help me. I have uploaded a video to you I will link it. It shows what happens when I try to Start up Feralheart.

Hm.  Have you ever downloaded particles? If you have, go to Media>Particles, and delete the files you downloaded.

Or if this does not help, then try installing DirectX manually or changing the rendering system.
