Actions?

I've been seeing these weird actions, and i'm wondering where I could get them, Or are they just glitches?

Anyway! Yes indeed those are glitches that people like to use. Most people tend to make specific Emotes to make their characters glitch and look funny. However here are some that I have and use myself(made by AlphaEclipse):
