I think this is a different error

I registered this game last year and I could play the game but now, I can't. I downloaded again the game today. I tried to login but I can't. I write there my username in the meantime my username is kinnaria. When I wrote there kinnaria and my password, it says to me INCORRECT USERNAME OR PASSWORD. I tried wrote there i instead of ?, during I press ? feralheart.exe has stopped working :/ Can anybody help me about this please ?

Aye, there is somethin' that's goin' on with yer account. Mind if I question when exactly was the last time ye' accessed the game? Vespian's gonna go out on a limb here but there's a chance the server has removed yer account durin' one of its routinely cleanin' of inactive users that haven't been around for some months. In other words, yer account doesn't exist anymore in-game wise. I'm afraid ye' may have to register for a new one less there is another way (a way I do not know but some other user could provide).

I believe it's set up where whenever the server cleans out in-game accounts or whenever in-game accounts refuse to work, it won't affect said account on the forum so the user experiencin' the troubles can make a thread like ye're doin' now 'n ask for help to learn the cause as to why it's not workin'. That way when they obtain a new account or get their account to work again, they'll be aware on what not to do next time or what actions to take in case the problem were to occur again but I'm sure the users above can give ye' a more detailed reason when they have the time.
