Can this person be reported?

I'd like to report ---------. She keeps following me around and sitting on me in-game and I can't stand it, even when I told her 100 times not to.
Someone make her stop..... or report her... or ban her... or do SOMETHING.
Reason: She's annoying other players.

Discussion on Bans and Reports
You are prohibited to make a thread or mention in a post about being kicked and/or banned from ingame or on the forum. If you were kicked and/or banned, then it was for a reason. If you have a question about it, however, then you are referred to a moderator or an admin. As for reports, do not go and make a thread reporting a user. When you are reporting somebody, you are to send a private message to a moderator or an admin for them to handle it. Any threads discussing a kick/ban or reporting a user will be deleted upon sight.

PM a staff member regarding reporting, bans, etc. Make sure you include screenshots. [link]
Also, try not to mention their username publicly since it's not nice to "name-shame" users, even if they have done something bad/mean.

This is fairly easy to resolve this problem, Simply block the user. You won't be able to see the user anymore, nor the user will be able to see you. Unless the user is following you around and verbally abusing you then the staff will take action. My section to you, is block this user.
