Does the registration open daily?

I know it opens at random times, but I've only ever seen it open once since the new registration system was implemented. I want to make a new account so I can have a new username and I'm just wondering if I'll be able to get it today if I keep a close watch or if I'll be looking at a few days wait.

Yes, the registration does open daily. ^^ I'd recommend refreshing the site every hour or so to see if it has opened. It stays open for about two hours at a time.

Registration doesn't always open daily, though recently it has been opening quite frequently for people who do not have an account here yet.

There are no set days/times to when the Registration opens, though I can only recommend keeping an eye out for when it eventually does. As mentioned above, refreshing the page every so often will give you more of a chance to catch the registration open.
