Please Help Me!! I can't log into the game!

Hi, I'm a noob to FH but I have good Computer skills. I recently got my account last (well this morning around 4:40am). This afternoon I downloaded the game. I enter everything correctly but it keeps telling me I have the wrong username or password. I have looked at multiple forums about this and tried everything, and I still can't log on. I really want to play the game, please help me.

Have you activated your account? This is the only reason I can personally think of that would cause this. I would double check your email.
And if it's not this, then maybe try reinstalling the game? If not, I'd wait for another member to help you out.

Hey! So, I've noticed lots of help threads about this. Look here instead! It's usually just little things that are easy to fix.


1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.

4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.

5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.

6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

I also recommend sending an e-mail to [email protected] using the e-mail you used to create this account with.

Unfortunately your username is over 16 characters and that is why your account isn't working. Accounts with usernames over 16 characters do not work properly and so you'll have to make a new account with less characters. I apologize for the inconvenience.

That's dissapointing considering how hard it is to register now... Do you think open registration will happen again today?

It may and it may not. I can't give you an exact answer since registration opens at random. I am very sorry for the hassle. Registration isn't too hard to catch open though, just check into the site often. Best of luck! Also keep what DelightfulRevenge posted in mind when you create it.
