if you already won, you cant be chosen as a nominee for the MOTS title for two seasons. like, if you were the member of the winter season, you cant be nominated again until fall.

Basically, as mentioned above, you can't be nominated for MOTs if you had won the previous Season. Let's say someone won the Spring MOTs, they then cannot be nominated for the Summer MOTs but when the Autumn MOTs arrive, they are welcome to be nominated again. This just keeps things fair and so others get a chance.
