One more thing though, regarding the game. Which, I know this should be in site or form help, but I also would like to know if the registration is open every day. I know it opens at random hours, but does it open once every day, or can it even open up multiple times a day?

Registration opens at random, every other day. (I believe.)
If I were you, I'd just keep checking the site often, you'd be surprised how many times I've caught it open.

If you wish to make a new account to play and use the same e-mail, just delete this account when registration opens. ^^ This will (I am quite sure) allow you to re-make your account with 16 characters or less. Registration opens at random times, but it does happen fairly often. You should be able to catch the registration time.
