Umnedni Pride Role Play

Muren saw Awiti collapse and he leaped over a hyena to get to her, Zidan and his mother, all three out of it, he stood a bit over them and bashed and snarled at the hyenas, clawing and biting them, one nabbed his shoulder and he bit into it's neck. ' I wont let them hurt them. ' he thought and bit down harder, closing his eyes, he clawed at the hyena and it finally pulled away and ran off like the one Awiti had injured. Breathing a bit hard he continued to try and protect the downed Awiti and his other family. His shoulder was bleeding but he ignored the sting, licking hyena blood from his muzzle, he didn't know how long he could keep up a fight, but he didn't want to think about that, he scratched a hyena in the face and growled, another bit his back and he yelped.

Awiti faded in and out untill she heard Muren's outcry. She tried to stand but she had a deep gash on her head making her dizzy as she tried to walk over to help Muren. She shook her head to get the blood rushing back into her head which helped her become less lightheaded. Once she was surefooted she sprinted at Muren and grabbed hold of the hyena who had ahold of him. andfell over the other side of Muren making the hyena cry and nearly pulled down little Muren. She laid there with a hyena on her teeth clamping down hard on its neck. Even if this was the last hyena should would fight that day Muren was now free to help the others. Awiti was exhasuted but she refused to let go of this hyena. How dare it hurt her family.

OOC: hey would it be ok if I made a map for our pride? I have some neat ideas using the scenary that we have talked about thus far =]

korvo slowly got up and saw baba protecting him his leg was swollen from the bites and he could hardly move it but it scared him when ziro ran out from the bushes to tend to his wounds ZIRO NO but he couldnt stop the baboon baba awiti come here quick

OOC: That sounds cool to me Andrea. I was thinking about doing the same thing for the pride but I couldn't figure out what to do for the life of me. xDDD Go for it, and send pics to my DA if you get it done.

It was all happening in a flash-- his brother was under him and then he was out dashing his way into death, and then...everything was just going too quick for the young male. Runo quickly made his way back over to his brother, but was stopped in his tracks when his body was mauled over by hyenas. While they yipped and tugged at his fur, the male boomed and scratched them off only to have multiplying loads come back to restrain him. It wasn't looking good for the pride.

But with the thought of keeping his family safe and looking like the stronger male of the two that had just happened to drop by, he had a new found strength in him. Runo's large legs pushed the hyenas off and he dashed forward to where his mother was still laying and his sisters were protecting. With his teeth shiethed and claws tearing the track he ran through, into the pack he headed for straight on with his head down and mane flying past his eyes. He took a few blows to the head but nothing he couldn't walk off.

When he looked to the side he spotted that there was a new hyena caught in Awiti's mouth, her expression showing vacant protective nature. Runo rushed forward to her and took the hyena from her, throwing it away into a hoard of rebellious teen mutts that thought they wanted to dish out some more. When they saw how this family-- though it didn't include Korvo and Baba-- worked as hard as they did to watch over their own, their tails were sported between their legs and they trotted off and away from everyone. Runo remained still for a while, trying to make sure they were REALLY gone with his legs apart, head lower than his shoulders, and breathing heavily not from being tired but because he was furious that they hadn't left sooner.

Once he was sure they were gone, his face turned from where the dogs ran off to and looked at the two males. "Well weren't you two just a big help" the male sarcastically said in an angry tone, eyes narrowed and a faint snort from his nose to show displeasure. He growled and walked over to the three girls and little boy, "how are you guys holdin' up?"

ooc: aw man Andrea you beat me to it, XD  but I would love to see how you interpret the pride's home so far <3

Muren was in fact, nearly pulled down from Awiti nabbing the hyena. "Thanks" he said short of breath and watched as Runo chased off the remaining hyena's. He looked at his brother. "Im okay." He said, though his shoulder was still bleeding a bit and he had a cut across his muzzle, he looked fine otherwise. "I wonder why they were attacking us anyway....." He wondered aloud.

korvo growled "if it wasnt for me getting half killed no one wouldve known about them" he roared ziro then spoke "please korvo calm down." korvo knew that his leg was messed up but that furiated him "you think that you wouldve known while lying in a tree doing nothing" he jerked away from ziro the baboon that was tending to his leg. "if anything baba helped me out and protected me i could be DEAD! right now those hyenas thought i was a perfect meal that couldnt get away.  ziro is a baboon that is healing my leg so please thanks for the complement some leader you are come on baba you can stay with pride."korvo began limping away with ziro and baba with a faint feeling

OOC: solar we can both make one, mines noobish cause I just learned to use map maker effectivly today but I am curious to see yours too :3 mines no where near done no objects in it yet haha

Awiti finally released the hyena from her teeth and laid on the ground with the top of her head still bleeding. She managed to get comfortable and laid looking over her family and the two males who had thankfully shown up. Everyone, with the exception of claw marks and teeth punctures was fine. She sighed loudly and heard Muren ask why the hyenas had attcked. She wondered this herself and managed to spit out the sentence directed toward Baba and Korvo asking "were either of you followed?"
Just then Korvo exploded with fighting words. All this destruction and he still had enough fight left in him to challenge Runo. Awiti stood and looked harshly at Korvo, "take back what you said Korvo or you're going to regret it." She bared her teeth at him and growled, her ears pinned down to her head. He may be wounded but Awiti began taking large leaps after him. She put her small body in front of hi blocking his path and roared again "I said take it back."

"NO" at that moment his pride members his son kero and and daughter siro came with 20 other lions all getting in front of him and surronding him roaring and showing teeth he told them to stand down and stared at awiti "come on guys lets go home" a few males never turned their backs to make sure no ambushes were in order korvo realized a certain male had to found for a problem
