Crashing Help (for my friend)

Hello, I'm getting help for my friend cause he's too stubborn to make a help thread on here for his games crashing problem.

Anyways I can't give a super detailed saying of whats wrong with his game because he won't give me the details. All I know is it crashes every time he opens the game. I told him already to check the particle folder for duplicates and he claimed he did so. I don't know if he actually did though. He told me he tried uninstalling the game and that that didn't help either. I don't know whats wrong but as far as i can tell he can't get into  the game because when he opens it it crashes. But he said that no one else had the same problem so i could be wrong about this. he won't give me the details so this is what I have to tell everyone. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Ask him again to check his particle.

Or, maybe it can a certain character that's making him crash?

There could be a shortage of space on his computer causing it to crash before it starts up but a particle error would be more likely ^^

He said that it was crashing everytime he opens the game.
