chronic bad tokens (SOLVED)

I am currently running FH on mac. In the past, it has downloaded and run fine for many months. Now I suddenly have come across the LARGEST AMOUNT OF BAD TOKENS IN A ROW ever. Any possible problems I can think of have been ruled out:
1. bad internet/firewall- nope. I can get into other mmorpgs just fine.
2. rendering system- i've tried both many times.
3. account/char is stuck or something- my account and characters work fine from another computer.
4. graphics are too much- all the settings are turned down to the lowest thing, and all the in-game tools work flawlessly.
5. game is too big or demanding for my fragile little mac- nope. I only have the default game and a few presets installed at the moment, whereas before I had MM, an items pack, loads of presets and about a dozen downloaded maps, and a bajillion meshes, all of which did not bog down my game.
6. My internet is stable, and I don't think it's anything to do with the maps because lonely cave won't even work.

This is a post i've made before. That was months ago.
It's probably been about a whole semester now and i'm above my head in bad tokens. I am BEGGING you guys, please help. This game means too much to me to just give up on...what could POSSIBLY be the problem?


TOO MANY MONTHS LATER, I HAVE FIXED THIS ISSUE.
I figured the mac download was just broken, or my computer wasn't liking it for whatever reason. WHY it never worked, I don't know, but I do know how to fix it.

Download the mac version, simply because you need the wine gecko/mono thingies. Then, delete the app. You'll still have the wine programs. When you go to re-install the app, DO NOT use the mac download. Get the download for windows. One that's done, simply right click it and open the .exe in wine if it hasn't already defaulted to that. Your game should work after that.

extra: installing maps, presets, and mass markings all work. What i did was I found the main FH folder and the .exe and put a certain color tag on them so they're easier to find.


now if a mod could lock this thread i'd be grateful

Have you tried reinstalling the game? If not, try that.
