Can't log in to game

I have a little (huge) problem...
I registered a few days ago and just now downloaded the game. When I tried to log in, I couldn't. It just keeps saying "incorrect username or password (5 failed attempts causes 15 minute ban). But I'm sure that I typed the correct username and password...I can also log in here without trouble.

I really wanna play, you guys. It's been ages since I played Impressive Title and Feral-Heart gives me this super happy nostalgic feeling. QwQ

Here are some things that might be causing login problems:

Hey! So, I've noticed lots of help threads about this. Look here instead! It's usually just little things that are easy to fix.


1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.

4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.

5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.

6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

If none of the above is the problem then unfortunately it may be due to having a username or password that's over 16 characters long.

I don't believe the issue can be fixed unless you create an account.

A few things you can do if you cannot log in:

1. Try retyping it, incase you made an error.
2. Make sure that Caps Lock is off!
3. Make sure that if your username has any numbers to write them using the numbers above the keyboard, not the numpad.
4. If your username is longer than 16 characters or has strange symbols, you will have to make a new account.

Also did you activate your account after making it? Shortly after registering an activation email is sent to your email account and if you don't click the activation link in time your account will not work. If you didn't activate your account refer here:

Activate your account right after registration!
If you do not activate your registered account the server will automatically remove it in due time. If you didn't get time to activate your account via the activation link before the registration closed, or your email account removed our activation mail before you could see it, feel free to send an email to [email protected] USING the email that you registered your account with on this site. If done correctly it will activate it for you(This is an automated system and will note "make" accounts for you, just activate already made ones).
