When you press the "nuzzle" option on someone you'll notice that it adds to their Floof-O-Meter count which is basically like a karma system. It's just a simple & nice way of telling someone thank you for something nice or helpful they did. ^_^

So, where you see the word that says Nuzzle, click it. Hope this helps.

This basically tells all. Although I'm pretty sure you have to reach an certain number-post before you can nuzzle anyone.
