Wood/Sign Mesh Needed!

Hai everyone. I'm making a map for my pack. I've been to other maps and I've noticed they have signs that say stuff on them. I want a sign so I can put in my map but edit it to where it has my name on it and stuff.

Does anyone know/have a wooden sign I could have? Or does anyone know how to make one? And if I did happen to get a wooden sign, can I edit it in PAINT so I can write my name on it and it'll show up in my map? Hewlp pwease!

It comes with a blank editable texture and I believe a guide to edit it as well. Paint might not work since it doesn't allow layers so the guide wouldn't work very well but it's possible to edit it in Paint.
