Map Issues

So, I'm part of a role play group and we've had this map for a very long time with no problems, but just starting yesterday, none of us can seem to make it past the loading screen. Is there anything we can do? When trying to connect it either says Can't Connect, or it loads the music but doesn't leave the loading screen.

Have you tried resetting your character's homes and trying again?

If you log in through the yellow box on the top right you will then see "User Panel" and you will be able to reset your character's come to lonely cave through there to then try again with entering the map.

May I ask what the map's name is?

I tried resetting the home and entering the map again, but it still didn't work. The map name is The Warriors : The First Season

You say that you're all trying to get into the map?

The issue could very well just be this, if you all do what I said above then maybe it will work again

I really hope this issue resolves soon.

Have you tried using a different character to enter the map? If the map continues to glitch, you could try to redownload the map.

I've tried entering with another character but got the same result. We'll try all resetting our home and entering again, but if that doesn't work then perhaps we should all try to download the map again.

Quite a lot of people has been having this problem so we've had a server restart today, might've solved it for you as well.

This happens a lot when users run in and out of custom maps causing the server process for it to start, stop, start, stop, start, stop, which eventually could lead to "failed to connect to map server", and the only way for it to start working again is if we schedule a server restart. It's more likely to happen to active/popular custom maps since a lot of people tend to go into them, but not enough to always keep 1 user in there at the time, because as soon as no users are in a map, it stops.

From my past map problems, ask the owner if they had used weather files for the map. If so, ask them to delete them & re-upload the map. Or, you can just delete the weather files yourself and be fine with it.
