Map Maker, wierd bar thing?

This isn't a very serious issue, nor is it an issue other than a question I've been wondering. In the map maker, whenever I enter test mode, there is a bar in the lower right corner. Is this by chance a console command bar? I can type in it, and press enter, but nothing happens. The text remains and does nothing. On the off chance that it /might/ be an issue, does anyone know what it could be?

I think that tells you where you are on the map.

That long bar is something that shows the X, Y, Z and Arrival Yaw information of portals or what position you are  at when creating a map.
