Camera/Icon Glitch

Usually I have the glitch where every terrain piece if African Grass. I was fine with that, but today I logged in and everything was the normal textures. I was happy until I moved my camera to the side and everything disappeared. I found that this glitch involves the angle the camera is at. The only way I can keep everything is to look straight up. This is a problem because I can't edit my characters that way! A more detailed explanation would be in some camera positions, depending on how close, where, and what angle Im viewing my character at, certain things disappear at certain positions. Some positions will make the water, chat, icons, and even some of my character disappear (such as the head, which is what seems to be more frequent than any other body part. Just either one side of the head or the whole head though. The eyes and teeth and such are still visible). Other people's characters aren't effected. I've tried taking screenshots but the ones loaded in my files show up perfectly fine, as if nothing disappeared. I've experimented and found I can still collide and interact with some things that disappeared if I hit the right spot (i.e. water still gives me the running effect even if I don't see it). I have tried reinstalling, but the glitch continues to haunt me. My computer (which is a laptop) is new, bought last Christmas and has been barely used. Could this be a problem with my computer, or the game itself? Is there a way I can fix it?

There has to be a missing script file. Can you maybe show us a screenshot, hon? Just to be sure.

This could simply be a graphical error.

What exactly to do in this case might be hard to know straight of the bat.

But since it's a new laptop it could be that you've not gotten the drivers required to draw out some of the graphics in the game. But it could also be things like installing the game with a broken installer.

Something you should try directly is to remove the folder from C:\FeralHeart and then re-download a new installer from our site and then install the game with that one. If same result happens again it's most likely not a broken installer.

If you tried the thing above, try going into the options menu in the game and try running the game in another Rendering Mode and the restart the game and try again(make sure you try both of the options a few times). If you do this without any result, or possible the game crashes after changing this unable to boot it's most likely that you need some sort of drivers for it to run the game properly.

Something that's highly suggested in that case is to run windows update and make sure everything is up to date, try to run the game again and if that doesn't sort it there's a few things that might be slightly more tricky but could be the cause.
-You need to update your DirectX
-You need to update your Video card drivers
-You might need to update your C++ libraries on the computer(Though a windows update should sort that I believe)

Doesn't have to be this way of course but I got a feeling it might be since it's a new laptop and all that.

Hopefully this will fix the issue for you. Since you said your computer is new but has barely been used, make sure everything is up to date and that you have the correct things required to run the game. This is one where the eyes and a platform are missing. I am standing on the temple of dreams ring near the portal.

This is one in Flourite plains, where the water disappears.

This isn't a good one, but I tried to capture the icons disappears. I had all menus up when I took this.
