Fur Color issue and item is invisible

I've tried changing the rendering subsystem and uninstalling and reinstalling FH bit it hasn't fixed these issues. A lot of players i come across in game look like their fur is a textureless white. like, i have a white character but next to me these other players look weird. like really white. Like i just cant see their preset or whatever it is. All i can see color in is thier mane if they have some and their upper and lower eye fur colors. it looks really weird. I dont know how to post a picture on here so i can show you guys.

Second i have these items for my characters, Keyblades that they are supposed to hold in their mouth. I pasted the item codes into the items.cfg and they will show up in my list of items when I edit my characters. yet when i select them and add them, it's invisible!

The white texture less people are most likely wearing, Mass Markings, otherwise, you're missing a texture file most likely.

As of items, did you put the item textures/meshes in the 'Items' folder?

I don't see an items folder. :/ there's a media folder... how do i fix this Mass Markings issue?

Go into the media folder and there you'll see your Item folder, now put in the Items textures & meshes in there.

The mass markings are an opintional choice, but unless you want them, you can download them here:

As of the texture situation. Go to Media>Textures. You would want to put any body shades in there.

The items folder is located in your media folder. (Feralheart > Media > Items) You need to copy and paste the item files you installed into that folder for them to appear, otherwise it will not work.

As for the textureless white characters you see, they are most likely wearing Mass Markings as Echo said before me. You would need to install that markings pack in order to see them properly. Here is where you can download them from.

If you want to unzip a file, you will need to install WinRAR or WinZip. If you're downloading from Mediafire, there should be two options on the side of the download page that say "WinZip for PC/Mac," or something along those lines. If you click on the correct one for your computer (the Windows one would be your option) it will direct you toward the download. If you can't find your WinRAR program, try checking in your computer's Control Panel or downloads to see if you already have it.

Thank you soooo much Warrior strike!! Is WInZip free?? Ive got a 40 day trial on my WinRAR. I put the files where they needed to go and POOF there's my keyblade!! (TwT) THANK YOU SOSOSOSOSO SOOOOOOO MUCH. I didn't know i could still get WinRAR on windows 10. If there isn't something free, eventually I'm gonna have to pay for it cause I download a lot of zip files and I'm usually stuck with nothing to do with them. ^^; You guys were so much help to me!! THANK YOU!!! Extra question since you guys seem to know a lot, how do i put a picture in my signature in this forum? Can  I find out how by clicking that help button next to home?

The trial to WinZip is free, yes. I'm not too sure about the regular version, (I would assume it does ask for a small fee) but if you delete the program from your computer, then reinstall it, the trial will be re-set, so you're free to use it as long as you want- at least, that's how it's worked for me.

As for uploading a picture into your signature, Panzram's post above should cover it. Basically, you need to copy the image's URL and paste it into your signature with the code above. Hope this clears everything up for you. c:

Lemme see if it works now.... when i clicked changed profile it didn't give me an error this time when trying to paste the info so..... It didn't preview the image though. So im gonna post this and hopefully it shows up unless it does not meet size requirements. I dont know how to find how many pixels big a picture is so i hope this first attempt works. >.<
