Map Issues

I recently made a map and yesterday I was able to go onto it just fine. TODAY though, whenever I try to go onto the map through the Cape of Distant Worlds it says "Failed to connect to map server"

How do I fix this?

"Failed to connect to map server" is a pretty common message that you will get if your character gets stuck while passing through portals. Sometimes this is caused by a massive crowd of users, causing lag, or if you're flying through portals very quickly. You can usually fix this by sending your character home, which you can be done by signing into the golden box at the top of the website, clicking "User Panel," typing in your username and password, and selecting the character you wish to send (or reset) to their home.

I've tried to get onto the map multiple times, it didn't work.
This game is a bit aggravating when it comes to things like this :/

Ah, m'condolences to ye, deary, but what the floofs 'ave said above should cover this topic. 'Tis indeed a pain, but 'tis one no one can avoid when it happens. I had the same issue with a map I made. What I can tell ye, is that mine only lasted around a week and then 'twas back to normal.

All ye can do is be patient. I do apologize for this inconvenience, but as said before, it should be up and running in a reasonable amount of time. Our wonderful server wizard will be on the case in a matter of no time.

What ye could do to pass the time is to find a different map pack to get and explore or find a roleplay. Best of luck to ye, lovely! I hope it is fixed soon for ye.
