hello my name is blackshadowkitte im new here and if i want to play on the game i can't i now downloaded the new feral heart and still says the same thing over and over i dont have numbers in my username but he says its invalid do i need to activate my account first or something???

I'm sorry, it seems your username is too long. Usernames and passwords need to be less than 16 characters in order to be valid. Sadly there is no way to fix this, but you'll have to wait until registration opens again.

Note that this also includes usernames. So be careful regarding the matter. Count the characters and letters in both the username and password.

Don't make too long usernames!
Make sure you always make usernames at or below 16 characters of length due to game limitations. Any username longer than this will NOT work for the game and we will not be able to edit your username afterwards. Also try to stay away from special symbols if possible. The registration should block most odd symbols that are not supported by the game, but keyboard layouts can vary and sometimes users might have issues due to special symbols used for their account.

Indeed you must activate your account before playing. If the link won't work(giving you a 404 error and so on..) copy the activation link in the email and send it to [email protected] using the same email you registered with - Now you must be patient, the activation could take minutes/hours/days/or even weeks. This is because of the server doing self maintenance and other activation's at the same time.

Yeah its possible your username is to long or you just no typing everything in correctly. But good luck
