Help with presets?

I have a couple of questions here concerning the presets.

First question: When I log into the game, everyone's preset appears white (which is 90% of the people playing FH). Is there another way of seeing some of the player's presets other than having to download them into the presets folder?

Second question: I was able to successfully download a preset, and have it show up on the preset maker. However, whenever I click export, it keeps saying that it's unable to export or something like that. Can this be fixed somehow?

1. Not everyone is wearing a preset. They're probably wearing the 22 mass markings, which is pretty popular. Try downloading that or their preset. - And sadly, there's no other way unless the preset was public.

2. Make sure you add your username. In other words, the log in. Just simply write your username. Then, go to your Tools>Preset and export the preset. It should say- after the export, for example, Preach_8 or username_8. Username(your username)_number (the preset number) Hope this helps.

Ah, deary, what ye be seeing when ye see the "white marshies" is actually markings packs, not presets. The latest markings pack is Legendary Markings, and can be found ready to download here: http://sephalovable.deviantart.com/art/Legendary-Markings-Feral-Heart-Marking-Pack-V3-538589673

But there is no other way to see player's presets besides downloading them. Ye could try using the preset sync, but to be honest, I am not quite sure how that works or if it even works anymore.

As Preach has said, f'er exporting presets, make sure ye put y'er username into the log in box b'fore heading to the preset maker. When ye put y'er user in the log in, it tells Feral Heart to export the preset to y'er username, so that ye may use it.

Have you put the preset files (Body, eyes, head, etc) inside the correct file? Make sure you have the correct material/code so it can pop up. If you've done that, it should pop up.

Yes. I navigated to the my_presets folder, and put the images inside the preset_3 folder.

Hmm, what does the error say exactly? This could possibly help us solve the issue if we know why the error is popping up.

It simply says: Failed to export preset.

Ah, then this may be solved by just restarting FH. This error pops up when I play the game and head over to map maker. Although these are two separate tools, they may still work similarly. Were ye playing b'fore ye tried to export? If so, try restarting the game and export it then.

If not, check y'er username to make sure that ye don't 'ave any typos in y'er name, as ye may 'ave entered a non-existent username and therefore FH cannot export the preset.
