Legedary Markings Help!!

I downloaded the legendary markings pack but I quite couldn't understand the steps that was on DeviantArt with the file. I just need to know step by step on what to do and where to put it so I can use the markings and see other peoples markings. If you can please help that would be really nice. Thank you.

Did you replace the files when you placed them in the folder?
Keep in mind you need to put the CFG in the main FH folder and replace.

Thing is its a zip file instead of a cfg. I'm sorry I'm new to all these markings items

If the file you receive is a Zip file, you can download the files through something called WinZip. If you're downloading the items from a Mediafire file, there will be an option somewhere to the side that says something along the lines of "Open With WinZip," and from there, it will direct you to download WinZip. When you download the program, you will be given a free trial version that you can use. Take note, however, when the free trial is up, you will either have to buy the regular version or remove WinZip off of your computer, then redownload it, to re-set the free trial.

Other suggestions are WinRAR and 7zip.
WinRAR is the most common and allows you to unzip/rar, extract and add things to a zip/rar.

It'll give you warnings that it's running out of trial days but you can just close the tab and you'll be able to use it without any issues.
