Game Not Working

Hey guys, is this too small? Ah well, Anyway  my game isn't working correctly, I open and login to the play game page and keep it open and then after it finishes i launch the game, log in it, it accepts but as soon as it goes to the character choosing area I crash! I have been retrying over and over but still nothing, I even put the page behind the launch screen! Someone please help me with this? Am I banned? I haven't been playing for monthes so I had no idea what was going on at first but then I checked the forums and I caught up with everybody, but still! Can I get help from a staff please? Thanks!

It seems you're have a character issue?

Go to the log in box in the right-hand corner of the forum, select "User Panel," and then sign in with your username and password. Then scroll down, find the character with the home you want to change, and select "reset home," and then "go home" if you want your character to be sent there.

I had this problem also. Any character I had in Fluorite Plains made me crash whenever I tried to play that character. But I reset a character to Lonely Cave and it worked fine afterwards. So yes, maybe try resetting a character to their home.

Yes but how do I do that if it won't even let me go choose a char to play as

oh okay i did that, now still nothing! It keeps saying it has a problem.....redownload maybe :3

Ok so I re downloaded it and it works!
