help please

Plz help i just installed the game but when i try to logg in it keep saying ''Conection to front server failed'' I turned off my firewall and everything please help :'c

Don't worry my dear, all you need to do is go to This Link and login with your username and password that you're planning to use when you also login to the game. Make sure you keep this window open and open FeralHeart on top of that window, do NOT minimize it whatsoever and only change tabs once you've logged into the game.

Unfortunately the game had a hacking incident back in November. The problem was fixed but now we have to log in a certain way, so try going here ---> http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=54214.0.

With this solution the game can be a bit more picky than before and will sometimes kick you off if the page refreshes but otherwise the gaming experience should be about the same.

I seem to be slower than some XD. Follow the floof's instructions above me.
