Hello person that is reading this, this is a forum mostly for the owners of FH, I'm not sure if this forum is in the right place. But anyway, I'm not one for complaining and hate when people complain, but i couldn't help my self because of my frustration. When i first saw this game for the first time, when i was little, i wanted to sign up for it immediately, but i was young and didn't know that much so i didn't understand why i couldn't sign up. I thought it was that i couldn't for some reason. I finally came back to this game the other day after a few years. I was lucky and got on when the registration was open. I signed up and waited for a email, it never came which made me confused. I was trying to us my hotmail email. I told my friend that it was not working and she told me that only gmail works. I didn't understand why only gmail works and still don't understand, but i think its pretty stupid. So i then tried registering with another email and when i got the verify link i clicked on it and i got a 505 error. I'm not sure why this happened but it made me mad. Finally after about an hour of trying to figure out why it wasn't working i decided to try to make 1 more account, if this one didn't work i was going to give up. So i made the account and got the verification link. It worked! I was soon exited to finally play, i had already downloaded the game so i opened it up and loved into both the game and the "Play game" tab on the site. Then it said 'Password or username wrong. (5 failed attempts causes 15min ban)'. I was like :O. I then tried typing my password carefully and slowly. When it didn't work again i got really mad. I spent about another hour or two trying to figure it out. Getting no where, i messaged a mod. Finally after talking to the mod for a little while he told me that my username was over the 16 digit limit. I counted the digits in my username and counted 17. I was like, GAAAAAAA!! I was over by 1!!! I was about to give up on the game completely and i might. I then sent a reactivation email to try to reactivate my other account that didn't work. And i have now been waiting all day for the registration to open up. I am so mad that when u register it doesn't say anything about have a username or password limit. I also hate that registration is at random times. And yes i did read the forum post about it, he there there was a good reason, but to me its not. I don't like that registration is open at random time because what if someone wants to sign up and they only have a few minutes of computer time and its not open, and its never open when they try. I almost feel like you people are trying to prevent people from joining. Its not cool. good bye

I'll move this over to the Game Help board since I believe it would better fit there than a Discussion board. As for your concerns, even though there may not be a notification at the moment that tells you about your username length when signing up, there are quite a few Help threads around about username length that wouldn't take too long to read through. It looks to me as though the reason you're not able to confirm your old account is because you did not click on the link that (hopefully) sent to your e-mail while the Registration was open. If you do not confirm your account while the Registration is open, this can lead to issues with playing the game and your account not successfully being activated. Keep in mind, that if you request to re-send an activation link, this could take up to 48 hours, so please be patient. (If you have created the account over two years ago, it's possible that your account has been removed from the server. If this is the case, I would suggest creating a new account.)

The Registration can be a bit sneaky at times, but it does open fairly often. When it does open, it usually stays open for about two hours, so if you continue to check back, you're bound to find it eventually. If you have not seen this thread about the Registration hours, it might help to look here. Here, you can also read up a bit on why we have the Registration system set up the way we do. c:

im not sure that i will be able to catch the registration when it is open because my school day is 8 hours and i won't be able to be on waiting for registration to open because of all my homework. I only have about a 2 hour period to play video games a day, and i don't think the registration will be open in that time.

The Registration doesn't always open every day, but it does open several times a week. While it might not be open while you're online today, it could easily be open when you're available tomorrow. There's no rush to find it open, either, as long as you keep a keen eye on it. I'm sorry that you've been having some trouble with catching it open, but I wish you the best of luck. c:
