unable to connect to front server?

every time i attempt to log in i am greeted by this error message:

Hello there!
It appears you haven't been told about our new login system.
Easy solution: just visit This Link, read it through, and follow the instructions.
Make sure when you open up FeralHeart you do not minimize the window you have to keep open. Open FeralHeart on top of that window and it should connect more efficiently. If you need any further help, I'll happily talk you through it.
