When I'm done making characters they won't load

Okay so I spend hard work on making a character in the game and I press ok and then it's loading but it won't load. I waited 20 minutes and it still won't load. Can someone help me? this has been happening for a while now.

Make sure the browser/server login tab doesn't log you out while you're creating a character

Unfortunately, this does tend to happen sometimes. I'm not sure if there is any absolute way to solve your issue, rather than saving the numbers and patterns that you've used on said character, restarting the game, and then trying to create it again in the character editing section. If you have any odd symbols in the character name, it might help to keep words and letters as simple as possible, too.

This happened to me before once and it was actually because my connection was slow. Make sure your internet is working correctly then try it again- or do as Warriorstrike said and restart then try to create the character. If all else fails I'd assume something's wrong with your character creation- and I would reinstall the game.

A solution to this would be to also create the character first, THEN do all the designing and spectacular colours, and keep on saving the edits every now and then so if the connection does fail at one point; you won't have to start from the beginning because you have some of it saved already.

Try checking the page you used to login (the one that Raz gave you the link to) and if it says something like "connection lost" or whatever on there, try closing you're game, go to that link again, login and open you're game then you are all good
If this still happens, just notify me, i always come up with a solution to fix stuff (most of the time...)
