Fail to connect to front server

Each time I try to connect to the front server, it fails. I looked through forums, opened the login thing, used different browsers for the login, used full screen, and checked firewall. I also started it up in different ways, and even opened/closed my laptop to get it working (because that's what I have to do with other games). It still doesn't work though. I'm using a HP 15 computer with Windows 8 so hopefully that doesn't ruin it, and I'm using the web version of the game.

 I just can't figure out how to make it connect

I looked up your username, and unfortunately you have too many characters in it; the game will not let you login no matter what you try. The only thing you can do is register another account. Sorry about any inconvenience!

A good thing to keep in mind is to keep your username sixteen characters or less

There unfortunately isn't a way to change your username, only your forum nickname. As Kiki has mentioned above, registering for a new account is the only solution. If you would like more info on the Registration hours, you're more than welcome to check here. Good luck!

I'm having the exact same problem she is. I haven't played this game for a aweful long time but I suddenly have interest to play again. My username and password are both under 16 words/numbers, I don't know if having numbers in your username or password creates problems for the game or not. When I used to play all the time if I had too much unity web player cache it wouldn't run until I deleted the cache, which I've tried again and it still pops up "Failed to connect to front server". Moderator I read your post also about have too many characters, but I believe I only have 2 or 3 last time I remembered playing. Could you try to sort this problem out please?

I would suggest making your own help thread. That way more people can see that you're in need of help, and not just replying to someone else's thread.
