Please Help- Need a New Account Verification To Be Sent

Ever since this new login system, I haven't been able to get into my account because "it's not verified."  ;-;
I accidentally mass deleted my whole inbox and deleted again in the Trash without noticing.... There is no option letting me resend it! It would be AWESOME if I could get it resent  I'm pretty upset that I can't play anymore.
(Btw, in case you're wondering, I'm on my sister's account to post this.) -- And she won't  let me play on her account so pls don't suggest that- OR make a new account. Because that's nearly impossible XD Thanks ;-;

Firstly, try the new way of logging in here:

However, the new login tab shouldn't have caused your account to "no longer be activated". Try sending an email to [email protected] from the email you're using if the issue continues

Ah, looks like Kiki got to you before me. But, like stated, send an email to [email protected] using the same email you registered with. It should send you another one, but you may have to activate it when the registration is open or you may get an error. Hope it all works out for 'ya!

At first it let me log in on the site from the new login system, but in game it said failed to connect to front server. I re-entered the same username and password, then it says incorrect username or password... maybe I should restart my computer.

Make sure that the tab says something along the lines of "you must keep this page open while you play" after you login to it. Once it says that, wait about a minute then try getting into the game, and maybe even try a couple times but eventually it should let you in. Keep in mind that slow internet can cause issues as well

Make sure your username and password do not have more than 16 characters.

You should wait up to at least 60 seconds before trying to log into the gamf after logging in to the browser
Also, try using Firefox or Chrome.

Make sure not to use the numpad for any digits in your username and/or password.

ok, I will wait a bit. It does say that I have to keep the page open. And my username is only 4 letters, so i don't think I have anything to worry about for that, I'm using Chrome and I'm not using the number pad.
I've waited for about 8 minutes now, and it still doesn't let me in. Should i send an email?

Ah, everyone makes mistakes. Don't worry!

Maybe you should go ahead and send one, it may take a bit before they send one to you though. But, good luck! ^^ Hope these guys helped. c:

Don't minimize your browser and maybe even try Firefox or Internet Explorer all-together. Make sure your internet is fast as well. If you're still having issues, see if anything in these two links is useful to you ^^

I will send an email. I just restarted my computer to try again, and it said Request Accepted for less than a second and then told me my username or password was incorrect and 5 wrong attempts would cause a 15 minute ban. (Not sure if this is in affect now lol)
