[Cannot Connect to a Front Server]
« on: February 04, 2016, 01:29:53 am »
Please help me! Whenever I try to log on Feral-Heart, it always saying "Failed to connect to front server." I tried the new log-in step, the proxy thing, disabling my anti-viruses, letting in cookies, etc! None of that will work. Even just sitting there for like 1-2 minutes. I've tried and tried but I cannot do it. I haven't gone on Feral-Heart for months. I've tried restarting my computer, installing Feral-Heart again, and also removing all of my downloaded items and skins. None of that worked as well. Please help me, I've even looked at all of the other threads here and none of them seemed to work! It's really stressing me out and I would just like to fix this problem I have been effected with! :'(

Have you tried switching browsers?

For example, if you were using Chrome, try Firefox instead.

Be sure not to just type in your info on the login page then close it. You cannot minimize the login page. Type in your information, and open Feralheart on top of it, without hitting the minimize button, and keep that page open as you play the game.

If you haven't already, try reading this thread:

A quick understanding of the new login

This may be really stupid and simple and make you think "Really!? That's it!?" but I was literally just having the same problem (and the servers weren't down) and I fixed it
I clicked the "Play Game" tab and erased my password + username, then rewrote them.
I opened the game back up, erased my username and unchecked the box that allowed you to remember the username, then click it again and retyped my username + password and logged in, and it worked.
Have you tried something like this?

And another one, have you tried switching browsers?
Example: A weak one (like Internet Explorer) to a strong one (like Firefox or Chrome).

Make sure your internet is fast, because sometimes slow internet can cause issues

After logging in to the tab, wait about a minute before trying to get in the game. Keep the login tab up and do not minimize your browser
Farewell everyone<3

You're signing into the login page with the same account you wish to play on, correct?

And do you have the login page pulled up on the same console that Feralheart is on? Not on any tablets or phones, etc.

Yes. Is it case sensitive? I believe I tried doing that. But, I don't know if it is or not. xD

Yes, I believe passwords are case sensitive. Maybe try double checking?

If your password has numbers in it, make sure to use the numbers above your letter keys on the keyboard, and not on the number pad off to the right.

OH YEAH! Whenever I click out of the webpage which has the log-in, my internet page goes white around the internet thing. Is that the cause of my situation? What does it mean...? For example, going out of the page to click on something else... That page turns white like around the edges.

*UPDATE* I don't know why but the computer downstairs works for Feralheart so it must be MY computer and not my internet itself. I did download the web-installment first to see if that would help. So just wanted to let you guys knows Feralheart is working on my other computer but not the computer upstairs which I normally use. :/
