missing textures?

hi sorry to trouble you, but ive been having this problem for a while now, and i was wondering if im missing some kind of texture patch? you see a good portion of the characters i look at have white/black heads or bodies?

Heya~
If I'm understanding you correctly, you're seeing some of the characters that, as some would say, look like marshmallows? ( Completely white almost of fully ). If this is the case, it's because most of the characters use MM or Mass Markings. Basically this is a download that allows the players to have even more markings to choose from other than the default ones you start off with whenever you originally first start the game. c:
