Animal models/characters

As well as the wolf and lion models, i was thinking, maybe we could have more model choice, so like a horse or something? But thats just me because im a horse lover.. And i know this game is sort of based of wolfs and lions but it was just a suggestion.

Unfortunately, the staff doesn't have the source code that's necessary to put more models into the game. The idea of horse models sounds exciting though. I like your thinking.

Adding on to what was said above, we sadly cannot add things like this to the game. The creator of FH, KovuLKD, left and has been gone for a very long time. When he left, he took the source code with him which is what is used to modify the game. It is now up to the current admins to keep the game running.

But, the idea is lovely. Horse models would be a very interesting addition which many users would love. c:

I've seen the canine models work best for making a horse.

Unpopular opinion: Although many people in FH want horse models, I feel like it would be a nuisance to have in-game. Horses are not carnivores (or omnivores) and wouldn't really work in a game based around everyone's favorite furry predators.
There are a number of horse-based games, but none very much like Feral Heart simply because horses don't really.. work, in my opinion.

Canines and felines are relatively similar in terms of size, anatomy, and amount of customization; a horse most likely wouldn't provide as many options, seeing as they are - in very general terms - all anatomically the same (coming from someone who lives with a horse enthusiast).
I know some people agree with me but not many, so I'm just putting this out there although someone can probably explain it better than I.

I have seen horse models being suggested a number of times, and as Tailgate said, they wouldn't really work in FH, and would stray away from the original concept of the game. If we (somehow) got the source code and added another model, I have a feeling some sort of bear model would be added. But, we never know ^^

Ah right, i see what you mean about the carnivore thing and how horses wouldnt really work. And shame the original creator took the codes with him/her.

I kind of like this little idea you got there, I wished I've seen this sooner. ^^
The idea of horses sounds pretty neat & even though it doesn't really 'fit' as some say with the theme of the game it still sounds like a nice little touch. Adds some little variety & it brings something new to the table as well. Makes it more....wild, per say and I've already seen some horses running around in-game by some people's characters. So again, Like the way you're thinking there. . . .
