Having Trouble Connecting to the Front Server

Hello, all.
I'm hoping someone will be able to help me with this issue I've been having for the past several weeks.

My computer has recently been refusing to connect to FH, as every time I log in, I get "Cannot connect to front server" upon entering my username and password.

There is some additional information needed before helping me, though.

1. I know what the new login page is. I've used it since it was first created.
2. My internet is not the greatest. I share it with MANY people, but that has not stopped FH from running in the past, even with the login page. And my connection to this internet is always the highest it can be.
3. I do not minimize the tab for the login page. I keep it directly behind FH when I open up and I wait the recommended 30 - 60 seconds before starting up FH.
4. I have tried multiple internet browsers.
5. I have changed the rendering system for FH to see if that works.
6. I do NOT have any background processes on, such as streaming videos or downloading stuff.
7. I know FH is allowed through my firewall. I have checked this.

If anyone could please please please help me, I'd really appreciate it.
I'd hate for this to be the way I leave FH if nothing will fix this.

I've been having this same problem for 2 months I can't get onto the front server!

Be sure that you're waiting at least 60 seconds when logging into the log-in page before attempting to connect to the server, since the page sometimes needs time to allow you to connect. If you haven't yet checked to make sure that you're not using a proxy, you can check this by going into your control panel of your computer. If you are using a private browsing option on your browser or using a proxy, make sure that these are disabled. If your internet isn't the best, and if it's shared with many people, this can slow your internet down, therefore leading to the instability of connection. If the game refuses to run on your computer, perhaps try another computer in your house and see if it has the same issue, as well.

I've turned off the proxy setting and it still isn't working. I tried re-downloading FH this morning as well, but to no avail. And unfortunately, because I live in a college dorm, I do not have access to another computer besides my own.

I am just confused...
FH has worked perfectly until the past few weeks.

Perhaps try changing browsers. If you're not using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, I recommend one of the two. For more help, visit This Thread.

Adding onto this. 'Ave ye tried restarting the router? This may solve y'er issue.

Restarting the router is an impossible task for me, as I live a college dorm.
They provide the internet and are therefore in charge of the router.

You said you can't change the internet because you're currently living in a dorm so the facility is in charge . . . .
Do you think there was some sort of change in the internet and what sites it would only allow to have access / not have access to?
Maybe that could be a reason why FeralHeart isn't working for you currently, especially for the Login Page.

I am thinking that may be the problem, although I haven't had any problem with other online games...
Other people in the dorm play them all the time.

The only way I can test it is if I go home, but that's not for a few weeks (spring break, eeee).
