Logging in?

Okay so, i just created an account. My friend horsesforever made a post about not receiving the email for this account for me. But it finally let me log in on the forum but she still hasnet got the email. And despite the fact that i was able to log in on the forum, it wont let me log on in game. It says connecting to front server etc.. But it takes ages to load then just says connection lost. and it logs me out that page thing? Is this due to not verifying?

It might be. You should receive that email in order to login to the game.

Check the username. Do you have more than 16 characters?

I dont know. I keep checking the email and i still havent got it. But i dont see why you shouldnt be able to log on? If you are able to log into the forum then you should be able to get in the game right?
Ill keep checking for the email for you though

Without verification, your in-game account can literally be seen as nonexistent to the server; and that is why it will not log you in. Without the account verified the only please you'll be able to log into is the forums unfortunately, but if your friend hasn't been able to gain a verification email; then try sending an email to [email protected]. If that doesn't work, try making sure that your in-game username is under 16 characters, as that is the maximum amount allowed. If your account is still not activated by then, then I would try making another account once the registration opens and sending it to your own email, not your friends.

Oh i see, so i really do need verification. And i dont think it is more thank 16, i counted and theres only 12. I think i will if she doesnt get the email. And i would use my own email but im having problems with mine at the moment im still trying to sort it.

I would wait until the registration opens up again then unfortunately, and by around then make sure you've got the issue with your email sorted out.

I'd make a new email. and then wait for registration to open.

New email will help with the email issue, and when ye do make an account, be sure to check spam as well.

Omg, thank you all for your help but i have finally managed to log into the account!!
Still no email apparently so not sure why it should suddenly let me in?
I know theres no email because i was round my friends house and she showed me her email inbox and spam box.
Theres a few emails and spam from random things, probably from surveys but not verifying email.
But at least i am able to play!!
