hey can anyone help me I would like to know how to get all the extras for the character that i'm creating in the game but I don't have any of them all I have is a Christmas hat but I don't use it because it isn't Christmas. I've tried re downloading the game but It still just gives me the hat. plz help. :-[

Firstly don't reinstall the game at all, because the items that you consider extras are a completely separate download to the game. You need to download them separately and install them into your FeralHeart folders so they're in there when you log into the game. The most recent upload of items that are most commonly used is The Legendary Items Pack.

Both of these floofs have explained it well. Don't freak out. If your wondering how to download them there are several videos awaiting you on YouTube. The Christmas hat is just the default item.

When you download the game, you only get a Christmas hat and the wings as your extra parts.
For more items, you must download these packs. If you need help knowing how to, here (Mac)/here (Windows) is a wonderful guide how.

As far as I know, I'm not sure if it's possible to get new wings but you can always re-texture them or download new textures from others.
