My Friend game wont load

My friend already re-installed the game many times,she have her password and username righ,but the characters wont load,we dont know what to do anymore,nothing works

If you help us we will be very grateful ^^

Make sure she is keeping the login page open in the background and not minimized. Also, sometimes the login page will log you out automatically,  so you may need to have her install a url refresh plug in set to refresh every 25 seconds so it won't log her out.

Adding on to what the helpful floofs above have said; if your friend is still having these problems, I recommend that they try switching browsers to either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If this solves nothing, try visiting This Thead. Good luck to your friend!
