Add in some proteins, H₂O, Amino acids, carbon, and a type of fluid that can easily circulate oxygen around the system. Be sure to create a respiratory, circulatory, neural, and digestive system. I recommend adding a locomotion system, but if you don't want to, that's cool too.
How you would achieve this, I don't know.
