well i was at her place and i tried to login on her pc on that new system and we kept that page open and still nothing ;o; and thanks for replying so fast o.o

I have this problem often, even with the login page up. Honestly what works for me is every time it says "Failed to connect to front server" I just keep clicking login/play anyways. Usually around the 3rd time it gets me in no problem. So don't close FH or log out or refresh the page or anything like that, first just keep trying to connect everytime it says it can't connect.

Please make sure your friend is not minimizing the login page as well. Minimizing it may cause the page to refresh, therefore logging her out and causing her to lose connection/not be able to connect. Have her open FH on top of the login window.

Might I just first say, what dramatic music they used f'er that video.

Anywho, 'ave they tried r'setting their router? A common cause of this issue is the router, and can be fixed with a quick r'set.
