Hi!

Uh, so... when I logged in, on the given link and kept open the site I had to, I started making a new character on my account, and everytime I try to edit/make a character, it logs out from the site I gave to keep open and I can't make any new characters.

Hmm. Is it instantly? Like, right when you hit 'Create'?

That sometimes happens to me, so I usually just create the character right when I have the first creation segment down, then same with the second, third, etc.

That usually works for me. Oh, and are you minimizing the tab at all? That can make it log out, same with tabbing out.

I'm not quite sure though, but other floofs can explain what to do better. :3

Well, firstly I would have my bowser open, not minimalized. Only then open FH, do not minimalize the bowser. If I have bowser minimalized I aswell get logged off. Try this. Hope it helps.

Maybe try a different browser, or maybe keep the page open while having the game there.

Uhm, so...It logs out right when I'm done with my wolf/lion. I don't usually minimalize the browser...Just the game so I can see when its logs out. And I use google chrome. Maybe that's the problem? xD By the way, thanks for all the help! ^_^

Try a tab refresher. I use urlreload.com and I have it set to reset the login page every 25 seconds. Sometimes, the login page will automatically log you out after a minute. With a tab refresher keeping it refreshed, that will allow it to stay logged in most of the time. Just put the link to the login page in, set the time, then open it up, and log in. You may have to wait 30-60 seconds for the game to actually let you in, but that is what most of us have to do anyway. xD

I'd try the above first, but if it's logging you out of the play game tab, too, it might just be an error with your computer or browser. That's happened to me before, and it's a simple fix by closing and re opening the browser, or choosing a different one. You could also restart your computer, too, that would fix it as well and it's good to do that once in a while.

I used Chrome and It was worst. Try Mozzila firefox. I like it waaay better for playing FH, logs off less for me

If you do decide to use Firefox check your proxy settings, they tend to mess with the login. It's a funky problem. Good luck!
