Play Game logs out while loading roster

So it's been a long time since I've played and I've got the whole "have this page open to play the game"
And it let's me log in and all but.. once I get to the loading screen for the character roster, the play game tab logs me out and it's stuck on the loading bar for the chara roster on the game.

Easy way to fix that is to use a tab refresher. I use urlreload.com and I set the page to refresh every 25 seconds. That way it will keep you logged in. ^^

And just a heads up for the future. If you need help with the game itself, topics like this should go into game help. :3

It did not seem to work, as soon as I login and get to the roster it forces log out on Play Game tab,
This is also a site problem right?

Are you sure you have it set to refresh? And you logged in on the login tab?

And you shouldn't have to refresh the site itself.

Yes, I set it to 15 seconds and your suggestion worked, until I logged in to the actual game.

So what you're saying is, that it lets you login to the tab and it starts refreshing, but the moment you get on the actual game, it makes the tab log out?

That is strange. Maybe use a different tab refresher? There are a lot of them out there. It could also be the browser you are using. I've heard Firefox and Chrome are the best.

Moving this over to the Game Help board since this is more of a game issue, rather than an issue with the website or forum. As suggested above, I would try using a different browser to open the page. Be sure that your internet connection is strong, as well.
