Looks like you have the "grin" emote on, so yes, it's supposed to do that c: Some of the emotes may make parts of your character's face look a tad off, but there's nothing wrong with it

As others have said before, that's perfectly normal! Sometimes the emotes can look a little wonky.

I was looking at the screenshot and saw you had an animation thing that I myself have tried. The lip thing is just something that happens when you use anything with the 'ShowTeeth' emote code, such as 'Teeth', 'Grin', and 'Crazed Grin'.

That specific animation thing is the only one that does the mouth thing, to my knowledge. Nothing is wrong with your Feral Heart, just the animation does that.
