Preset problem

So i was roleplaying and  i was swimming and then I noticed through the water My eyes and teeth were only visible there was no head Help?
Btw This was In a preset not a character design

It's just a glitch that happens sometime floof. It's happened to me plenty of times. It may just have something to do with the reflections, although I'm not positive on that. Either way, I'm pretty sure there is nothing to worry about. ^^

It normally happens to me when I have the glow code on my presets.

Usually, graphical glitches and errors can be fixed by changing your rendering system, which can be done by going to Options > Video > Rendering Subsystem.

Other than that, I'm not sure there's a way to fix it.

Adding on in case changing the systems doesn't work.
I don't think there's a way to fix the problem because it happens to me on my character sometimes , usually at random whenever I get on and play & This mostly happens whenever it's water. So it should be good either way. ?

I forgot to put in that There was a preset in it So is it the problem with the coding or what?
