Most Out Of Character Thing Ever?
« on: April 16, 2016, 09:07:20 pm »
Hello fellow FeralHeartians! We all know what a key thing to our community roleplay is. Here's my question for you to answer: What's the most out of character thing someone else has done with your character? This can be a simple OOC suggestion, or something they've actually written them doing. Drawings count, too.

The most out of character someone has done with my character is drawing him holding hands with someone he'd just started dating recently. He's not the type that just holds hands with someone instantly-- it can take up to a year before he's comfortable doing that.

So, you guys got any examples of other people doing things with your character that just doesn't sit right or isn't realistic to their personality?

Someone didn't draw Exxy having a full beard. Although this was kind of my fault because I forgot to update his description back then lol.

Although other than that, I'm not even sure if I could remember or tell what's OOC for my characters. :{P I don't think I've gotten much, though, since people kind of know my characters are pretty weird.

I had a character end up with a surprise relationship OOC. He wasn't really ever one for relationships, but apparently his mind was changed. I really have no problem with it though. xD

Someone on Facebook kept trying to force one of my characters who didn't have interest in romance to become instant mates with theirs. I'm 100% fine with people jokingly (heck even seriously) shipping my characters with each other, but they were really just forcing them together and wouldn't accept no for an answer. I just began ignoring their posts.

Usually I'm fine with people making minor mistakes while drawing one of my characters, suggesting something OOC for my character to do (since USUALLY if I say they wouldn't do that, the other person understands and respects that), etc. but when people like the person above keep trying to force me to make my character do something they wouldn't ever do, that's where I draw the line.

Other than that, a lot of people tend to perceive some of my characters differently than they actually are and then force that character trait upon them, even if I tell them that they aren't like that, which bugs me a lot (misunderstandings are totally okay, but its not okay when the other people absolutely REFUSES to believe otherwise).

Well, my blind, calm tiger bro Tont once became a pigeon and snorted icecream in a convo with a few others in Flourite. That's a bit not like him, I think.
I've also had some "joke" shipping rps. (glaring at Goat and Dankky) Those weren't exactly... serious, and were so terribly Soap-Opera-esque that there was no remnant of our characters' normal personalities whatsoever.

Shurtle apparently marrying Siggy was quite an interesting thing that occurred; considering that Siggy and I both looked at couple positions and then I tried to draw it.... didn't go well. c;

One of my characters, who's usually sweet and adorable, and all cuddly, bit someone on the head for trying to set her socks on fire...

The time I got out of character... Oh Lord. Well I do know with my strict stuck up leader, Renegade- Which is Felfeyn's characters sister- I got my personality confused with her when recruiting oneday- and doing a welcome for my friend who had joined.
