Not sure if this would even matter or not, but try using both the log-in screen options button and the in game options button that you press escape to get to. The in-game options normally work better for me. The only other thing I could think of is that the ENB you downloaded might be missing a file. Check that everything is there where it's supposed to be. When I first got the ENB, my security program automatically wiped off one of the files in the ENB because it thought it was malicious. So just check to make sure no files are missing or corrupt.
