A Friend can't connect to the server

It has been brought to my attention that my friend is having trouble connecting to the server. I can connect just fine but he can't he has tried to uninstall and reinstall his game and nothing has worked. Its not just him a lot of Brazilians are having the same issues i don't know if this has been brought to the attention of the server master or mods but its starting to become worrisome.

Did he go to the tab that says Play game? If not then he should go to the tab and log in, and then open feralheart and see if it works. If that is not the case then tell him to check his firewall or internet connection to see if something is wrong. Also if he is running other programs in the backround it can make the game slow.

Adding on to what Fireboss has already said, you can check out this thread in case it's that certain error message that pops up after they attempted to login on the page.

yes he did that the site was working fine for him it was when he went to log into the game that he kept getting the can't connect to server message. its been this way for about two weeks

Has he tried restarting the router? As for the other problem, if they're all connected to a certain network then it could be down.

he has tried everything and the same thing has happen and he says that a friend of his is also having the same issue and his friends friends are also having the problem. the site is ok but the game itself won't connect to the server

It could be outages in certain areas, trafficking...if everyone is doing the login thing correctly and nothing has changed then it could be these things ( at least a possibly ).

    Yeah, that friend is me, thank you very much, I'll do a reply since I wasn't brave enough to begin this thing by myself XP. I've been having trouble connecting with the game, can't quite tell how many days have passed since I last entered, I think its about two weeks by now, but I'm not completelly sure. Well, it is like this: I've entered the site normally, "You must keep this page open while you play" working normally, then I entered my game and put my password in, and... "Failed to connect to front server" like if I had misspelled my password, after rewriting the password about 5 times, the same thing happened. I am completelly sure that I did not misspelled my password, because the exact same thing happened every day I tried to log in after that. Result: stopped playing.

     I thought it'd be temporary, maybe something wrong with my computer, but recently, I've discovered that a friend was with the same problem as me, and everyone he knew was also with the same problem, even on facebook everyone with the same problem and no one knew why. Well, my friend and his friends are brazilians, as well as I am. I'd not just say that, but its really strange that apparently a whole country is having that problem, and I have looked at forums, blogs, I looked it up, but no one knows what the heck is happening. I'm sick of being blind here, I want to know what's happening.

     I don't know if the Server Master knows, or the Mods know, but now this is all in the forum, so there's no way to not know it anymore. Please, you really don't know what this game may mean for the lives of some people, not because they're addicted to it, but because it really could change their life, this game and what happened in it with me, it really means a lot to me, I could stay here for more 3 paragraphs explaining it, but you're probably already tired of reading this, but stick with me. This game really means a lot to me, and who knows what it might mean for the other people who can't play it?

    I am really looking foward to finish the RP story I was in the middle of when I started not being able to enter, and I really hope for an answer, please tell me exacly what happened and why it happened, because its just too strange of a problem. I just want to know what the heck is happening, ok? And eventually continue the darn story too, of course.

    PS: Is it me or the average people online on the servers went down? If it did, I guess it proves I'm right in some way, welp, nice talking to you, please reply if you have the same problem and all that.

A possible reason that you may be experiencing this issue is due to an issue or maintenance undergoing of Cloudfare, which helps us with some of our traffic on the web. It's also possible that your location may affect how well your internet receives the issues with Cloudfare, which is why some users are having an issue connecting to the server while others aren't. If this is the case, I would recommend taking a peek here.

Another thing you could try is opening the log-in page with a different internet browser.

     Understood, thank you, if that's what it is, the only thing to do is just wait for it to sort itself out, oh well I hope it doesn't take long. Well, there's no error screen for me at all, but what you said really makes sence. Sorry for making such a big fuss about it. But then again, I was kinda desperate. Opening it with a different internet browser did not work, but i'll just wait then, not much I can do anyway.
