Make sure your anti virus or firewall is not blocking it. Also check if any of the files are corrupted which might be the reason why you can't connect. Adding on, try resetting your router , making sure that's not the problem. A good restart sometimes works.

You can also try refreshing the page or letting it sit for 1-2 minutes before attempting to log on in game. Try closing the game application and restarting the game again and see it that works.

Adding on to what these other helpful floofs have said, if you have trouble keeping the tab logged in, try using a tab refresher such as refreshthis.com or urlreload.com, and set the page to refresh every 25 seconds. Hope this helps! ^^
