Cannot log in

Hey there :3
Since some weeks ago I can't log in. I could play the game normally :/
I've already tried everything that other users said in other posts, however, nothing worked. Does it has something to do with my localization? I live in Brazil.



PS: I'm sure I have good connection and I keep the log in page open
I always wait some minutes before log in

It could be something with the cloudfare. Users in other locations might be having similar issues if you already tried...other methods to get the game up and running like:

Changing Web Browsers
Logging in from a different computer
Changed Rendering Systems
Tried logging in from a cellular device
Restarting your Router ( If you can ).

It says "Failed to connect to front server."

Then it could just be the cloudfare / trafficking. Might still be down for you. Or it could be the internet provider that's making changes or some sort.

Most users from Brazil keep having this issue as well. Our server master, Raz, has been informed of this so hopefully it will start working for you soon c:

I cannot say for sure it's CloudFare that are causing these problems for you, but it's likely if you're using the new Login instructions and still can't log in. We'll let you know if Razmirz can do something about this ^^
