Can't create my character

Hi, I am new to Feral heart (I am using a mac). After I have created my character it continues to load and nothing else and I can't get into the game??? Please help  .

Make sure your login page is still logged in. Sometimes this happens while creating a character resulting in this. If that is the case, you can use a tab refresher such as refreshthis.com or urlreload.com set to refresh the page every 25 seconds, and that should fix it. Another thing to check is to make sure your internet connection is strong.

Try creating your character in sections. After doing a set, save the character and then edit them again until you finish ^^

I've had this problem many of times.
My issue was due to the internet. Make sure you have good connection, and also make sure the page you leave up isn't logging you out. But what works best is creating your character in sections, like stated by Hakumi. That way, if it gets stuck on the loading screen at some point, at least you don't have to start all over again.
