Help For a Friend

*too lazy to look for a thing that is this because of the spam of the help threads*

A friend of mine can't use any of their old characters, only new ones they create. They downloaded the new updte, reset the characters' homes, all that, but can't use their old characters.

They'd really appreciate some help ;D

Make sure they're sending their characters home after resetting them, and not only resetting their homes.

Adding on.
It may take them a couple of resets to get it working. I may not have encountered the problem but a friend of mine has. They had to set their location / send home a couple of times before they were able to get on.
